She's drawing stars on an empty crumpled box. She's also laughing and talking to it. At one point she puts it up to her mouth and starts singing into it. Oh right, she's also speaking russian, so I have NO clue what exactly she's saying to the box. When she's not doing those things, she's making strange noises and laughing. Later she started contorting her hand and staring at it. Then she talked to her hand too.
